If you're renewing with your existing employer (not changing workplaces), you only need a stay extension — not a full visa transfer. You can apply from 4 months before your ARC expiry date.

Required Documents

5. 5Supplementary criminal record / education documents (if flagged by immigration)
6. 6Certificate of income amountNote: if your employer reports business income instead of employment income, a correction may be required before this document is accepted.

How to Apply

You can apply online or in person. Online applications require registering an account at hikorea.go.kr first.
